The Immigration Debate Drinking Game!
Like a lot of my friends last night, I watched President Bush give his speech on immigration (transcript here).
Then I watched a lot of analysts and pundits talk and talk and talk.
This blog post is not going to be my reply (I'll post later if I have time). No, this blog post is only an observation: THE IMMIGRATION DEBATE SHOULD BE A DRINKING GAME. No, really! Every time anybody uses the word "comprehensive," take a drink! I guarantee you'll be unconscious within about 5 minutes.
"Comprehensive immigration reform!" *drink* "Comprehensive plan!" *drink* "Comprehensive approach!" *drink* . . . *collapse!*
(People in the EU, you can play too! After all, Brussels is familiar with beer. Belgium itself has several hundred kinds of beer, and Germany is of course famous. Taiwan is not good in beer, I confess. The brand "Taiwan Beer" is absolutely nasty.)
